One unhapy customer shared this in review, "Horrendous, the person handling my case has just went on holiday for 3 weeks with no warning and his latest response to me was 'He is processing it now'. I have emailed other people and tried calling a million times, 0 response, 0 customer care, 0 help. Just trying to find out how long my case is going to take to get a response."
